Yeah, that would be a neat trick for him to learn. Unfortunately, I’m not all that keen on him having enough practice for group positive affirmation … I’d rather teach him to honk his own nose.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I really picked up that knack until I was about 8 and then I waited only long enough to get to my parents and tell them before promptly hurling. Eli’s smarter than me, though, so hopefully he’ll figure this out better than I did.
