I’ve actually made “Let’s clean up your room!” part of the bedtime routine. Oddly enough, he loves it, tossing all the toys in the basket, straightening up his bookshelves, and putting the dirty clothes into his hamper. It’s probably not going to last long, though.

Eli is actually pretty good about helping clean up but I try to only do it once or twice a day. This might be a three time day…

When he’s a teenager, it’ll look like it does now, just w/different carpet and toys. When he’s older, it’ll look like my office!

I have four boys and the oldest one is twelve. It will come with age and constant redirection. Never will be as good as you want it to be. But, It does get better.

Man… I wish my kids’ rooms were that big. Travon has that same carpet and he really enjoys it.
