It is really crazy but when I look at the pattern in your picture, I can see the Santa but when I look at the real thing, it still looks like a blob of something.

Yeah, I have probably six or eight projects that I’ve started over the years that are just waiting for me to come back to them and finish. One is this really amazing bird that will look awesome in our office if he ever gets finished. I’ll come back to it, eventually.

In some ways it reminds me of the latch hook kits I’ve started. I’m *this* close to being done on one… but I haven’t touched it since my son was about 1. He’s turning 6 at the end of the month……

I love the new cross-stitch that you’re doing for Baby TBA. Very beautiful. The Father Christmas one is also gorgeous. I just can’t imagine working on anything that’s that huge. Holy cow! I think I’ll stick with quilting.

Misty, I am very tempted to do as you suggested–hang the chart. We’ll see; after retirement, I may start on it, who knows.
