He's fully bipolar. I'm hoping that changes once Tennant and RTD have moved on, but having seen the next Doctor's face, I'm not too confident. (Also, I don't think this is really a reboot, is it? I think this is still supposed to be in continuity, inasmuch as Doctor Who ever cared about continuity.) He’s not just emo. He’s fully bipolar.
