I’ve really gotten into toodledo. I like the way it has folders for different projects but also a separate context field that you can sort by.

Aha, well, that would be the thing, wouldn’t it? I voice transcribe a lot more than that, so the $3/mo is well worth it for me.

Geof: Jott no longer has a free option. Given that I use voice transcription all of about three times a month, it wasn’t worth their prices.

Joyeuse: Getting a system to where it’s actually useful is, I think, why so many people obsess over tuning whatever system they’re using.

That’s the problem, isn’t it? When the whole thing gets so meta that you find yourself putting “make to-do list” on your to-do list.

I was all into Remember the Milk for a while, then I found I was feeling enslaved to the lists, so I drifted away from it. It’s still useful from time to time.
