Smurfin’ Smurfs!

Just today I learned about a UNICEF ad starring the Smurfs that aired in Belgum back in 2005. I, er, wouldn’t let any kids watch this.

    I’m sure the UN sent a strongly worded letter to Gargamel condemning the bombing and threatening future action if he continued to use Weapons of Smurf Destruction (WSD).

    I just checked and what happens in that video is listed as THE example under the definition of “Out of Left Field”. WOW.
