I headed to the gym this morning to try and work off some laziness after two weeks off. I hit the elliptical machine and was totally rocking out to some U2 and I was so proud of myself because I wasn’t wheezing or in pain. I thought to myself, “Man, I’m in much better shape than I thought!” Shortly after that I realized that I had forgotten to change the level setting. I was on level one!<\/strong> I clicked it up to what had been my usual six and couldn’t move my feet. <\/em>I clicked it back down to four and finished my workout.
