Yesterday, I asked Eli what he wanted to do and he responded, “Go to the Library!”<\/p>\n

We’ve been to the library some but not weekly or anything so I was a bit surprised by this request. When I picked him up from school he asked, “Are we going to the library now?”<\/p>\n

So we did and we picked up about 12 books for him to read. He made me promise that we would read six of them when we got home before nap. We did and then he had a nap. When he woke up we had to take breaks between watching Little Einsteins<\/em> to read library books. At bedtime Stephen had to read “The Stinky Cheese Man.”<\/p>\n

It’s 7:40 and I’ve already read eight books this morning. Stephen had to take a break from getting ready for work to read a couple. I’m not sure what we are going to do today to top the library books. Maybe I can distract him by taking him to the grocery store to get a cookie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
