Because I am Obsessed with Bento

This is my first attempt at making a Bento Box. I think it might be a little bit rednecked together but I think it turned out ok.

Top left: Pea pods and apple slices.
Top Right: Pea pod dip (white circle), pea pods, lobster cheese spreader, square of extra dark Ghirardelli chocolate.
Bottom (from left to right, bottom layer): crackers, sandwich of chicken, cheese and spicy mustard, crackers.
Bottom (from left to right, top layer): laughing cow cheese squares, crystal light blueberry white tea.

    umm whose lunch is that and anyway you can air mail it to conway? it just looks so yummy and beautiful. and there’s extra dark Ghirardelli chocolate… what more do you need?

    It’s for Stephen to eat tomorrow for lunch. And I think the cheese would get melty before it got to Conway.

    Beautiful! I wish I could hire you to start making bentos like that for me. Perhaps I would eat better that way. :)

    Don’t the crackers get slightly damp in there with the fruit? I’ve had that happen to me before.

    I ate it a day late, so the crackers were well past damp and into soggy, sadly.
