I sympathize. I don’t even *have* the baby yet, and I’m operating on most of a week’s short sleep.

I can totally sympathize. Emily has already cut her first two teeth, but I believe she is about to cut another one any day now. Teething makes for grumpy babies, which makes grumpy moms, which all preceeds sleepless nights for both baby and mom.
Good luck. Hope you start getting to sleep soon.
