I’d be remiss, however, if I didn’t at least point out that in this issue, Matt Fraction and Terry Dodson deliver what is unquestionably the Sensational Character Rediscovery of 2008 with the addition of Dr. Nemesis, a Golden Age character who co-created the Human Torch, fought the Invaders, and then spent the intervening time building new eyes and then using them to hunt down cloned Nazi super-soldiers and shoot them in the face with his guns made of science. Hm, hard to choose between robot ninjas plus a gorilla superspy in an exploding tuxedo versus Einstein, Feynman, and Egyptian xeno-math. So I won't! Instead I'll add Rex Mantooth to my to-get list. Especially after I saw these two pages. And yay incipient Five Fists!

Okay, that’s pretty damn fantastic. But Rex Mantooth has robot ninja! Also, Rex himself is a gorilla superspy. Wearing an exploding tuxedo. So I think it’s too close to call.

Zombie Stephen Hawking reminds me of BOOM! Studios' "Ninja Tales", which in one story has Einstein and Feynman fighting off ninjas.

I have not! Having just used the mighty power of Google to learn what it’s about, my only question now is “How did I not read this already?” Tesla! Twain! Two-fisted steampunk action! And having read through one of Andrew’s TPBs of Fraction’s run on The Immortal Iron Fist, I think I’m moving into total Matt Fraction geek-love.
